Great information , worth trying . By the way what was your VIT D test result?.
Am suffering VIT D deficiency, last time i checked it was 15 . But I ignored it

Mine was between 20-25 I do not remember the exact number. My dr prescribed me 50000 iu vitamin d2 for six months. One pill a week.
