I’ve been using cannabis tincture for a month for chronic headache (24-7) . I have been using Tylenol for over a year every 4 hours and it stops the pain for that long, at least, but Drs have warned me to lower daily usage due to possible liver damage occurring. Since I added cannabis tincture a month ago, I’m having to use much less Tylenol, more hours between pills. Not making a final conclusion as to whether it’s the cannabis until I experiment a longer time. The supplier I’m using is in Iowa, Phil GAUTHIER, 515 226-9979. He is very knowledgeable and willing to work with me, finding the right dosage, etc.
I did google spinal cord compression fractures and medical marijuana. I read that compression fractures of the spine (bone), if not properly treated, could cause spinal cord issues. Scary.

Thanks so much for this source. I have wanted to try Cannibas but did not know whom to trust with a good product. Iowa is a long way from me in Texas but may just give Phil a try. And exactly what is a tincture and how do you use it?

I have tried some CBD that does help with some chronic pain and does not have the side effects of drowsiness that comes from the types used for sleep. In my opinion, it does not work as well as I hoped

I realize that negative responses are rare on this sight but I was on medical grass for 1 year and for me it enhanced the pain. I smoked back in the 70s and it made me paranoid and enhanced things. I got off it 6 months into the program. That does not mean it won’t work for you. Hope it does.
Hello~
I also have multiple compression frxs..T-8,9,10...severe osteoporosis, L5 bulge...osteoarthritic knees...gee..did I leave anything out?...I am learning to live with the hand I've been dealt...cannabis has certainly been a great assist in this life of mine. I, fortunately live in a State where cannabis is legal...I follow a regime each day and this seems to really be making a big difference in my pain levels as well as what I can do in a day without going through too much pain. I use an infrared light belt around my back, knees and lower back..20 minutes each..I use a heated wrap around my back..that really feels good and helps to relax the muscles. I take many supplements..not opting for the Rx's. I walk as much as I can..mostly everyday...and take care of my home and kitty. I'll be 78 in a couple of weeks..but don't feel or act my age..whatever that means...crankies..I'm still in tie dyes! And...I take a few 'tokes' a day of high THC 27%-29% flower...Sativa. I have now started to use CBD liquid 1,000mg per 'squirt'..and this seems to really be helpful in the night for pain...last for a day or so. Doesn't taste so good..but it works. I see that there are now CBD liquids in much higher mg's...but this is working for me without feeling 'drugged'. I would suggest to all that are dealing with pain and discomfort in their days and nights..to look into what the cannabis plant has to offer us humans...feeling good means so much...the less stress, the better. Now..go enjoy your day!

I'd imagine without the medical marijuana the compression still gives the same warning with issues due to the locational nature to the spinal cord. Depending on how your relationship with your doctor is could answer the question if MM is right for you for pain relief/reductions. My doctor supports it.

He mails the cannabis to me. I’m in Calif. He is thorough in explaining the tincture on the phone, and talking to you about the nature of the pain. You put a dropper of the liquid under your tongue twice a day. It hasn’t stopped the pain, but I’m using less Tylenol so far.

Tincture - Tinctures are concentrated liquid herbal extracts made from plants and used as herbal medicine
