Welcome @lani7673, I know it's not much fun when you don't get a good nights sleep. I believe @donnamoore made a special pillow to help with the pain and might be able to tell you how she made it. Have you tried different pillows?

Thank you @johnbishop. I never tried different pillows for this purpose but I will give it a try. I did read @donnamooreʻs solution. It sounds intriguing but if it helped her, itʻs worth a try.
