Post COVID: Anyone experiencing internal vibrations?

I too have experienced internal vibrations for the last year and a half. I've met with 3 neurologists now with no solutions that have worked. Mine are always at night when sleeping or trying to go to sleep. They've moved around everywhere, now they're mostly in my head and chest. The difference for me though is that I have not had Covid that I'm aware of. Can you direct me if there's another group on this topic? Thanks!

I have those internal vibrations post Covid vaccines. Have not had Covid to my knowledge. Tinnitis worse than ever was. Numbness in hands and Essential Tremor when working on small motor skills: sewing, weaving. My PT person believes I am also a long covid patient. Have some cardiac palpitations, exhausted, not sleeping well and short of breath at times. Am having MRI next week to address headache over left eye and zinging headache over left ear.
