@eileenb1022 Hey Girl, it sounds like you've got a good handle on things with regard to gluten free and lactose free lately. There's lots to learn, and researching the subject online offers a wealth of information as well. I know you'll find there's plenty of choice at grocery stores and many restaurants too. I was very pleased and surprised to find that so many restaurants are up to date on it.

Hi Laurie,
just got home from my shopping trip. i have a grocery store a little ways from me but not bad that someone told me had a really good gluten free dept. omg they sure did. everything i was looking for i found.it was great. expensive but great! lol. yeah i have done research and im on several groups on facebook that has helped me so much. this is all new to me but im learning. my husband is very supportive too. im trying to get him to eat the same way cause he needs to. he is making me a gluten free stir fry tomorrow night. yes i have a gluten free app to find GF restaurants which is how i found this restaurant today. im really excited. i know i have a lot of inflammation so i know this is the best thing to do. sorry to be gabbing so much!
