yes, I think Tacrolimus affects someone's sleep. My labs are also very stable, but I want to try to the reduction if it's possible. I heard someone only take a few Tacrolimus and keep low tacrolimus levels, even a few people don't take it again. I'll follow up my reduction and update here.

@echo2022 i just recently switched out tacrolimus for a monthly infusion called belatacept. Check your hematicrit level for anemia, that is what determines how much tacrolimus is absorbed when doing the blood trough. You can actually have clinical symptoms that reflect higher than your blood trough. I had an array of symptoms including hallucinations and insomnia
that caused a need to make a change.
