My Wife occasionally experiences CLICKING in the EAR

no. its in her ear. she has ben to her doctor. there seems to be nothing in the ear, no wax act.
it has a clicking ever once ib a while, not all the time

I have a sound whenever I swallow, have had for many years - my daughter calls it a pop, but I guess it could also be called a "click" by some. It is fluid moving inside the ear when the eardrum flexes as I swallow. If not accompanied by pain, it's nothing to worry about. Especially if a doctor has ruled out problems.
