So scan not done until after 3rd cycle? Carboplatin was mentioned just today by my oncologist at Wilmot. Still waiting for biopsy of "sacral" area to be scheduled by GI guy who can reach it rectally. Yikes! Very complicated. Thank you for the information.

It seems that after third cycle is standard, but I would imagine it could be done earlier if needed.
