Watery eyes can certainly be uncomfortable. Has an ophthalmologist been consulted about the watering? Did he/she suggest that watery eyes is a symptom of dry eye syndrome? It sounds like an unlikely reason, however, for some of us with dry eye syndrome, our eyes feel like sandpaper. However, others will experience watery eyes.
