Can you tell us a bit more? Does your wife feel this sensation only in her ear or also in her throat? Has she been to see an ENT specialist?

no. its in her ear. she has ben to her doctor. there seems to be nothing in the ear, no wax act.
it has a clicking ever once ib a while, not all the time
