Questions about AFib and exercise

@tedalmon

I recently had a 30 day holter-type monitor from the Mayo and found, among other things, that I am in AFIB much more than I thought I was. Also I have noticed that one of the triggers for my AFIB are my daily workouts, which is troubling since I consider them important but my team has advised me to continue them after doing a follow-up stress test and echo. I have the new Samsung Watch 4 which will do a 30 second rhythm strip to detect AFIB and Sinus Rhythm only. After reading "The AFIB Cure" by John Day MD I have decided I want an ablation which I will discuss with my EP at my next appointment.

I would be interested in how it goes for you. Thanks.

I recommend it! Ablation stopped my AFib so far. It's been 5 months and I exercise regularly. Good luck!
