@colleenyoung, I haven't even thought about contacting anyone. The last time I contacted my doctor at the post covid clinic a nurse told me that I shouldn't contact them anymore. I guess I felt hurt and forgotten. I guess I could message them, though.

I'm getting worse every minute. I've got a runny nose with sinus pressure. Also lots of body aches, but my fatigue is about the same.

I just want to cry.

OMG. I can relate to your feelings of hurt. I’ve had similar experiences with doctors/nurses as have two of my friends. Please do not go back there or message them unless it’s to request your records. Find another doctor or clinic.
Also consider reporting them to the appropriate accreditation entity. Could be Patient Experience, in that clinic or hospital, could be the AMA, I’m not sure. I think one of the reasons medical personnel get away with this is patients don’t speak up. I seem to hear too many experiences like yours. You are definitely not alone.
I had Covid in July and it hung on for awhile. I was just getting back almost to normal when I got slammed with Covid- like symptoms again in early Sept. I felt frightened and angry. Thank God it was not Covid, simply a nasty respiratory virus, but I get your frustration about setbacks. I don’t know if this will work for you, but I took Tylenol and worked out through it as much as possible. I don’t seem to be any the worse off for handling it that way.
Yes, rest is important but sometimes taking it too easy will set you back more.
Remember probiotics and hopefully you come back quickly. 🙏
