Hi there my name is Jennifer and yesterday after 3 pm my pain doctor from my health care facility did some exams on my arms and shoulders and the results fricking scared me half to death now. Main reason he pushed down on my arms and I am completely weak and without any upper arm strength and he ordered x-rays for it. I am extremely worried about it since I am only 42 and 2 years ago during the start of COVID-19 he sent me to see a hand surgeon for carpal tunnel and I really trust him and he really is worried about me and my issues but this latest development I just can't handle without feeling like I am going crazy!

Hi Jennifer @rely1ngonhelp, It's OK and normal to be worried about new symptoms and not knowing what is going on. At 42 you are still quite young and can work on building your upper arm strength so that you feel better. Did your doctor suggest any physical therapy or exercises that might help you build up your arm and shoulder strength?
