Thanks, Colleen. It's also the case that my throat has been sore since the endoscopy and still is. That has been the main ongoing symptom which was compounded by the throat now feeling swollen/present when I swallow. I can also feel the "wind" of the breath at the bottom of my throat when I breathe - it's sensitive in that area. I am not sure if this information will help with finding the proper place for this post?

@colleenyoung Actually, I am confused why this was transplanted. My questions are about lingering negative impacts of an upper endoscopy that was performed at a hospital in Thailand - including sore throat, throat discomfort/swelling, and impact on swallowing. Placing my post as a sub-comment of someone who had no endoscopy... doesn't seem like it's going to help.
