Hello @lareesaa and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I see you posted a couple weeks back so wanted to check in.

It seems that an overgrowth of lacto iners may cause cytolytic vaginosis. Is this a term you've heard of previously?

Yes, but I've also heard that high iners isn't CV. I'm not sure how it needs to be treated. It's killing me.
