My 2020 update - To help fall asleep I now use Embr Wave [info on their site embrlabs.com]. Looks like a wrist watch, but cools/heats. Headache Hat/Halo is another product I'm using now. I attach two together to wear as either an ice belt or ice 'scarf'' (one works for treating headaches, too). At last derm app't the dermatologist said there still is no cure for symptomatic dermatigraphism. So, if my skin is particularly itchy sometimes I take not just the one Allegra, in the a.m., but also one Zyrtec at night.
