Update; I am using Dermeleve; started yesterday for first time. It seems to help but not as Chris said, for 6 hours. I understand that all of this is subjective to each individual so my result from using the cream is 2 to 3 hours. As for my update, my left arm itching has gotten a bit worse and I have been icing the area now during the day. That's not the usual.
