It was brought to me by my dermatologist from a conference she was attending. It takes effect in about 15 minutes and lasts for about 6 hours. So it is not the be-all-end-all. I just started Dupixent after waiting for a year or so. I will have my second injection on Thursday. Everything "itchy" has stopped completely during the last two weeks. I am very excited. Have you spoken to a dermatologist about Dupixent? My clinician has had nothing but good responses from her other patients.
