On my previous try I never did better than this dosage at this frequency. More didn’t mean better. I have been told treatment can seem counter intuitive. Your doctor may even want to add a different drug instead of ever increasing this one. Some drugs actually help more when they are combined at lower levels than if they are taken separately, so this way you take less medication and get better results. I say this just to mean, in my opinion the best thing you may want to consider and focus on is developing a good relationship with your doctor. Understanding they are trying to help you and will want to know if it is not working. My doctor tells me statins do more than reduce cholesterol. They help the lining of our vascular system. Crestor stays in our bodies 3-4 days (I believe he said) so taking it at this type of schedule means there is always some vascular protection going on. Please, please double check me by talking to your doctor.

Seems like there is so much to consider. This is my first experience with meds and I feel I have a lot to learn. I will definitely have a conversation with my doctor and explore all the different options. All good advice here.
