At the risk of you thinking I’m nuts I’m going to recommend something to you because it sounds so simple. If it doesn’t work you have nothing to lose. I buy these flannel wrapped ice packs from Amazon…they do not drip. My recommendation is to ice often the area. I have suffered with pain for years and this has helped me very much.
