Hi Jerry,
Unfortunately, I think the issue with animal protein applies to all meat, is my take on this.

I’ve wondered this too since I rarely consume actual beef or pork now unless it is combined with venison and that is not too often. I don’t think we’ll ever know the answer to this because in today’s world there are not enough of us to do any kind of study.
