Hello and thank you for your reply! So sorry for the late reply. Been busy with medical appointments.
The newest and concerning nodule was first seen on imaging in either December 2021 or early 2022. It was 6mm. My most recent scan was from earlier this month and it had grown to 10x9mm, and shows spiculated edges. I have had pain in my upper right back, just to the behind my shoulder blade and spine. I have had night sweats and also pain in my sternum and ribs. My next appointment with my pulmonologist is in September 22nd. The recommendation from the radiologist recommended either a follow up ct in 3 months or a needle biopsy. I have been on Cimzia for my autoimmune issues. And I have issues with low IgM and IgA. I have also experienced east bleeding and bruising with bone pain, and fatigue. My father had a spot removed many years ago but it was benign. I am a former smoker who lived with a smoker, and also worked in a bar when smoking was allowed for 8 years. Add to that the number of ct scans I have had since 2014(118), not including x rays and it makes me concerned about a neoplasm.
Thank you again for your reply!!!
