Ron, It's a long shot, but here are a few options that you may wish to look into. Mayo Clinic experts work with health care systems around the world. You may wish to contact Mayo Clinic to find out options in how your Indonesian team might be able to get support and advice from Mayo Clinic.

Perhaps through a Mayo Clinic Care Network member facility. See the list of members here, which include 3 facilities in China.

Contact Mayo Clinic's International Services to find out possible virtual options available to you: https://www.mayoclinic.org/departments-centers/international

Might there be similar services offered by large teaching hopitals in Australia? This would be a closer option for you.

Dear Colleen,

Every time I try to get advice from all hospitals, I understandably get the same response.

We must diagnose. Make an appointment.

I find it almost impossible to reach any of them online unless calling on phone. Then the response is same as through online correspondence.

It is like facing a wall. I cannot put her on a plane both because she may bleed from cabin pressure and we cannot afford care in the states.

Thank you for the advice...I will continue my search for help...where? I have no idea!

Warm regards,
Ron
