I have a liver condition called Gilbert's Syndrome, which my doctor informed me is harmless and in my condition it's mild. But it's interesting nonetheless because maybe there's a a connection to what you bring up. I will have to look into that more, but I'm glad that you found an answer and a solution to help manage your symptoms!
