However, I see that you posted your question in the Lung Cancer group, so I presume you are concerned about possible cancer. That must be worrisome. Have you had a chance to speak with your doctor about the possible cause and next steps? Have you had an infection lately? Covid?

I see my pulmonologist september 14, I have lots of questions to ask. I am confused because the nurse in dr office said lungs are clear so I don’t understand why it shows the calcified granulomas , would you consider this a clear ct scan

I have had lung cancer for many years and I am always very suspicious of being told by someone other than my doctor about what my test results show, especially if they contradict what you have been told by your doctor. What kind of a doctor did you see?

My concern is he has a 12mm calcified granuloma in the left lower lung and is this something to be concerned about..he just had a CT scan and that's what the scan showed and no the Dr. Has not gotten back to us yet. He did have covid in 2020 that almost took him and now he has issues with breathing. What size should a granuloma be to be on the safe side.
