Others have mentioned pain and/or numbness, but your symptoms seem different. You say you have no pain.

Thank you for the links! The feeling comes and goes. Some days more intense then others. I don't notice it when I first wake up and lying in bed. Usually it's about 5 to 10 minutes before I slowly start feeling the sensations. Typically starts either in my right arm or my right side of the face. And thus far I have not ever experienced any pain. I still have my strength (grip, etc.) but I get fatigued easily. Again some days worst then others.
