I've had a post Covid dry cough for the past 3 months and it has been brutal with body shaking coughs. I was doing all the vitamins, honey, cool mists, and cardio but nothing seemed to help. I was finally able to see a pulmonologist and he said my lungs were in great shape but that they were still inflamed from the virus. I asked him if there was anything he could offer to help as it was affecting my quality of life. He put me on a steroid inhaler called Flovent and in a matter of days my cough is about 90% gone. I'm only 5 days in with it but I am sleeping for the first time in 3 months and have a new found sense of relief. I also get infrared light therapy on my body and acupuncture, but hands down it was the Flovent that was life changing. I hope this remedy continues and my lungs continue to heal so I can get back to my active life with my family and kids. I hope you find relief very soon as I know how debilitating this cough is......
