Hello Reader's,
A person who works hard and/or also goes to school to enhance professional skills should not have to tolerate abuse of power, cruelty, racism, inequality or retaliation when he/she goes to work.
Work should enhance a life not destroy one. Individuals who condone injustices in the workplace should be let go immediately. There are so many dedicated and hard working individuals all over the world being mistreated, projected upon and scapegoated that it's really a shame.
It would be within the realm of reason to study the impact of horrible working conditions on a persons pshyche as well as exacerbation's of pre-existing health conditions and the development of new medical issues.
Unhealthy and unprofessional work environments need to be monitored closely and changes in leadership should take place immediately.
Being that I reside in America I call this pandemic ...."An American Tragedy In The Workplace".
Hugs,
Rox

so true Rox things sure do need to be adressed.concerning these ongoing problems. You know when I removed my son from school due to bullying issues and lack of concern from the teachers, the law on bullying was meant to change. It never has and 10 more children were removed from the school that he was at the following year due to bullying and unproffesional attitudes of the staff. So sad that this keeps on happening in the workplace and schools etc Hugs Piglit

Hi Piglit,
That's so sad..... This is all the more reason that people not be afraid to have their voices heard.
I was just told it's Thursday and I thought it was Friday. The impact is enormous and no one deserves maltreatment ...no one.
Hugs,
Rox

I wholeheartedly agree. I left my job due to the above conditions. I feel very alone. If you are in this situation please reply to me.

Hello Anonymous,
This has been my life for over a decade. I refuse to quit because I work hard and haven't done anything wrong. Every time someone reports the above also happening to them it motivates me all the more to continue in this unfortunate battle to expose how workplace violence, discrimination and retaliation needs to be addressed immediately.
Please share examples if you write again because everyone needs to take note of the devastating effects.
Hugs,
Rox
