Hello @vash. Two years is a quite a while to be feeling those sensations. I get buzzing and odd electric shocks from Central Sensitization Syndrome (CSS). Unfortunately Covid long haulers experience CSS also. Did you ever get a chance to watch the CSS video I posted by Dr. Sletten from the Mayo Clinic?

How do you manage the vibrations and tremors? Do you experience any additional symptoms?

With me these symptoms began under both feet n spread. It vibrates like a cellphone 24/7 then changes to a buzzing , humming sound like it sitting on a washing machine. Are any meds helping u

my wife has had this internal shaking for 6-7mos, we have been to a couple doctors- both think it's anxiety. we have most recently tried to strengthen her vagus nerve via the advice of a functional health therapist.
i found Dr Sletten 's video on YouTube.
helpful to hear him not just relegate it to psychosomatic issues- i will watch more of his talk with my wife
