@echo2022

I just received my PCD's message. I don't understand very much.
"I believe you are now scheduled to get a monoclonal antibody infusion tomorrow instead called Bebtelovimab that way you only have to go in for one infusion. This will take place of Remdesivir. Both are good options for you and Bebtelovimab will be easier for you to get so we will start with just that"
Did he mean that I'll get Bebtelovimab, one shot, not Remdesivir, three shots? Are Bebtelovimab and Remedesivir both called monoclonal antibody infusion?

@echo2022 It's my understanding that Bebtelovimab is a monoclonal antibodies treatment and Remdesivir is an antiviral.

@echo2022, I hope that tomorrow goes smoothly for you. It sounds like you will get 1 shot of the Bebtelovimab.
I suggest that you write down your questions and take it with you tomorrow. Check that you get a phone number where you can call 24/7 if you have any complications or questions. Take a list of your medications, too. All of us in this discussion are patients, and the experts at the infusion center should be able to explain the details to you.
Is someone going to go along with you?
