Lump in armpit

Posted by nihssa12 @nihssa12, Jul 24, 2022

Hello, I have suspected endometriosis, but I have micro blood in urine, high platelet count. I now have a new pea sized lump in armpit. It does not move, has no puss head, the area is red and it is very hard and painful. Anyone experience this?

Hi @nihssa12, I can imagine that you are concerned after being referred to a hematologist oncologist. There are a lot of lymph nodes in the armpit area. Did your referring doctor say that the lump was an inflamed lymph node. Lymph nodes can become inflamed for many different reasons. Are you also under the care of a gynecologist for possible endometriosis?

I had to switch to a new gyneo. I went into my pre surgery appointment and they couldn’t remember anything about me, they lost my urine test which had microscopic blood, and they told me “we don’t know why you think you have endometriosis” I only thought it because I’m in pain everyday and they said I probably did.

The lump is new so no one knows about it yet. It’s gotten pretty big but looks like it’s starting to turn into a boil almost
