Settings are not the same at all. The VA switched to the Resmed Air10 for lord knows what reason. The sleep crew (she's a nurse, not sure if she actually has any other credentials or licensure) there claims it will automatically adjust to what I need, even though the maximum pressure on this unit is less than what my old settings were.
