Just Started Using Resmed 10 Airsense Because of Recall.

Welcome @pstexas, Really sorry to hear of the poor experience with the Resmed Air10. I switched from my Philips Dreamstation Go to the smaller ResMed AirMini which I really like. I had to buy an adapter so that it could use a standard hose and any mask but it's been really good and my numbers are pretty good with it.
Are you able to talk with a sleep medicine therapist to determine if the setting on the Air10 are the same as your old unit?

Settings are not the same at all. The VA switched to the Resmed Air10 for lord knows what reason. The sleep crew (she's a nurse, not sure if she actually has any other credentials or licensure) there claims it will automatically adjust to what I need, even though the maximum pressure on this unit is less than what my old settings were. The VA; a second chance to give your life for your country.
