Just Started Using Resmed 10 Airsense Because of Recall.

I have been fighting with my Resmed Air10 ever since the VA replaced my old unit. My problem is I now get extreme dry mouth as well as waking up several times per night due to insufficient pressure to allow air into my one nasal passage, causing it to block totally causing pain. Total piece of garbage as near as I can tell, I get more restful sleep in my recliner now than I do in bed using my cpap.

Welcome @pstexas, Really sorry to hear of the poor experience with the Resmed Air10. I switched from my Philips Dreamstation Go to the smaller ResMed AirMini which I really like. I had to buy an adapter so that it could use a standard hose and any mask but it's been really good and my numbers are pretty good with it.

Are you able to talk with a sleep medicine therapist to determine if the setting on the Air10 are the same as your old unit?
