Thank you friend! I have pain and cannot lift, but your challenges far surpass mine at the moment.

Sure am glad to hear from you. The tortoise thinks about the hare most every day. Saw my PCP Thurs. He thinks my Cardio Drs should be watching all the new drugs. Had blood work done, results are interesting. My TSH, FT4, and PTH are all on the rise again and some high abnormal values. My PCP is calling Monday about my results, can not wait to see what he is going to do next. On the good side, my HCT and HCT were great, not low and overall CBC was good for me.

I can not wait for this hot weather to go away and bring some much-needed rain. My yard trees that are 6-10 years old are turning brown, not a pretty sight. I hope we do not lose them.

Question- do you take your Mg and Ca together? My Ca level is staying too high, so do not really need any extra, but my K is at the low normal level. Trying to keep a balance sometimes is diffcult.

Take care and hope you had a great visit. Have not seen by daughter in almost three years. Keep up the good work at 7. KLH
