I just found out yesterday that I got Trichomoniasis I got medicine from my doctor. I asked my husband of 21 years has he been with another woman he said no. Is the only way you can get it is through sexual intercourse?

Ask your husband to be tested. Or if he's already been tested and on meds? Even if he's not the vector, he certainly should want to know if he needs medication as well. As to the source, I'd rely on what my PCP and ob/gyn think. It might be that there's some other possible explanation...
