Who can I contact at Mayo Clinic to admit my spouse for diagnosis?

History of Multiple sclerosis with encephalopathy. Since May 2021, unresolved drug resistant hypertension associated with status-epilepticus-like movements and unconsciousness, etiology unknown. Seeking specialized provider to discover etiology and to treat or refer to appropriate therapist.

Welcome @claudehall, It must be scary when your spouse goes into unconciousness. If you would like to seek help from Mayo Clinic, contact one of the appointment offices. The contact information for Minnesota, Arizona and Florida can be found here http://mayocl.in/1mtmR63.

I'm assuming your spouse's doctors have not been able to help. Sometimes it helps to get a referral from the doctor currently treating the patient but I would try getting an appointment with or without the referral. Have you asked the doctor for a referral?
