Weighing whether to get Evusheld shots if/when available from my transplant center lottery. Have all the Covid19 shots and boosters. Got a mild version of Covid while on a trip to France and am slowly recovering. Advised my transplant coordinator that I am positive. So that's in the file. Is anyone else in the same predicament? Does anyone have any advice on reactions to the Evusheld drugs?

I have not been to France, and have not had Covid19. I got Evusheld in May during my annual eval at Mayo Rochester. I did not have any reaction or even any injection site discomfort. There is a 60 minute observation period to be sure there are no reactions. I felt safe because it is given in a clinical setting so that any immediate reactions could be addressed on site. The nurse that gave me my injections said she had not seen any reactions so far to patients she has injected.
I got my 2nd booster after a 2 week waiting period.
During the screening they ask about any recent covid19 contact or positive test result. if you are you still testing positive you might not be able to get it.
Sending positive thoughts.

No reactions at all. See if you have antibodies. You might. Then you are ok.
