Yellow discharge, no UTI or STD

Ive been having yellow discharge most of the time its pale yellow. I’ve had multiple urine test for uti and been on antibiotics multiple times in the past few months. I have been tested for stds and they all came back negative. Im not sure what could be causing it.

Have you had an appointment with a medical doctor? If so, what did they say when your UTI and STD testing came back negative?
