Thanks for the reply. Wife rarely goes out and when she does her arms are ALWAYS covered due to the outbreaks. Right now she is using a numbing crème and Capzascin. She has tried every topical crème and has tried many drugs that were created for other problems but may help with the itching. Going to try Magnesium now.

I have tried it all nothing works in fact it makes it worse. Does your wife's itch start with a burning sensation under the skin first?
