I have this and have suffered from this on and off for a few years...I wanted to reply here to give back...very frustrating disorder...a couple things that worked for me...1.) changing my pillow!! I spent $160 on a new pillow and felt almost instant relief... 2.) chiropractor 3.) get a vitamin deficiency test! You could be low in vitamin B! 4.) accupuncture to the affected area with electricity hooked up to the needles..get your arms massaged out a couple times per week for the next month. 5.) cover up in the sun

I’ve had MRIs, and seen dermatologists and general doctors...they’ve given me very little info on the disorder...the only thing that ever helped was ice!

Let me know what you come up with and if these help...I can’t for sure say which of these helped the most bc I was desperate to find relief so I tried everything...but I can say the pillow, Chiropractics and vitamins are on my top 3. Hopefully this doesn’t come back again but I’m being hopeful...doing yoga and chiropractor to try n keep it at bay.

@jcb01 What brand of pillow did you buy? I’m not sure why that would make a difference! I have noticed that cooler water on my arms ( in the shower) seems to help. I tried on two sweaters the other day & that started my arms stinging again.
