Yes Lyftogt is the doctor from New Zealand who came up with the peri neural injection treatments. He now trains doctors to learn how to do this. There are now about 2,000 doctors world-wide that have been trained. Google his name and there you will find the list of trained physicians. From there you will need to ask around or call directly and inquire about his/her years of experience, the cost, etc. Usually I talk with a nurse that works with the doc or someone on the staff. I have been able to determine rather quickly if want to go to that office, based upon those initial conversations.

Also I use a specially compounded cream from a pharmacy, a script provided by a doctor, for evenings. It has gabapentin, amitryptaline and lidocaine in a lipoderm base. It works very well but it expensive. If you google on you tube for the "itch" doctor, you can find an excellent presentation from November 2018 by a very experienced MD dermatologist named Gil Yosipovitch, MD, who talks about treatments for neurogenic itch and he talks about this cream, only he uses ketamine instead of gabapentin. (NOTE: My first script had the ketamine, but I talked with the doc and pharmacist to lower the cost by trying it with gabapentin. Works just as well for me.(
