I am going to offer an opinion here, based on math. Bear with me for a minute.
Using a conversion between mililiters and grams, and a comparison between inhaled sodium and the sodium in the following foods, here is what I computed:
1 medium egg (50g) -no salt added in cooking) 70 mg sodium
1 oz potato chips (about 12 lightly slated) 100 mg
1 -4 ml (4g) vial 3% sodium (if none escapes as vapor) 120 mg
1 oz cheddar cheese 180 mg
1 g ( about 1/4 tsp) salt 400 mg
Average sodium in a "healthy" frozen meal 500 mg
Recommended Daily Allowance of Sodium <2300 mg
As you can see, the use of sodium nebs does count - but it can easily be offset by adjusting your diet only slightly. So I agree with your doc that the swelling is probably not from the salone.

Do you have any idea whether any is lost in vapor or should we count the whole 120 per 4ml? Thanks for your work here.
