@shels

The ENT used a camera scope through my nose and into my throat.(Laryngoscope?) I do feel a post nasal drip and have been diagnosed with GERD... It seems that the two things, together with allergies create the breathing problem.
The pulmonologists tests show my lungs working at 100% capacity.
I will make an appt. with a gastro doctor to make sure nothing else is going on.
Your symptoms sound a lot like mine..

Good Morning shels! Could you maybe explain your SOB symptoms?? Mine seem to happen through out the day. Some days better than others. I'll breathe what I consider to be relatively normal for 4-5 minutes, may be more, then I feel the desire to take a deep breath (sigh breath the pulmonologist called it). Sometimes I get that deep breath immediately sometimes it takes a 2nd or 3rd try. Lately, I've been struggling getting it (the satisfactory deep breath) through my nose as I feel my nasal passages are inflamed/blocked. Generally, I get that deep breath through my mouth pretty readily. I feel better when I run. My O2 sat levels are 97-99 every morning when I wake up. And two different pulmonology groups in different cities have told me its not COPD, emphysema or any kind of restrictive lung disease. I'm at a loss but this SOB is frustrating to say the least.
