Fungus Gymnascella Dankaliensis TO Human Transfer

URGENT!
In search of professionals with experience/knowledge with a Gymnoascaceae family fungus AND Human Transfer (specifically Gymnascella Dankaliensis). Antibiotic and fungal treatment-resistant. Pictures attached.

The patient is a 54-year-old female and former competitive runner athlete. The patient first noticed a white fungal-type rash on her feet two years ago in 2020 (pics attached). Immediately after that, she developed intense scalp itching, hair loss, nail thickness-ridging-and deformities. The patient had been in Costa Rica and Florida on vacation 2-years before seeing the white foot rash.

Due to COVID, there was a delay in getting treatment and a proper diagnosis. Biopsy Diagnosis recently became available four weeks ago. The patient has been unsuccessful in finding a treating physician with diagnosis knowledge.

The patient's health is declining with overall muscle atrophy, weakness, cognitive deficits, hair loss, sleep disruptions w/ overactive bladder, lung heaviness/wheezing, and general malaise. The patient suffered a moderate concussion in a 2018 car accident and has been declining. September 2020 - Mayo Clinic/MN diagnosed the patient with Orthostatic Hypotension with relative hypovolemia. A suspected CSF leak could not be confirmed nor ruled out.
