Hi @lee60, well that has to be rather unnerving. This is pretty late in the game to have any spotting or bleeding. In my opinion, if you’ve been menopausal for 8 years and are experiencing any type of unusual symptoms from your reproductive system, I’d say, hightail it to your gynecologist to have this checked out ASAP. Your ultrasound and biopsy are no longer current so you really need to have this new development evaluated.

Thanks for your comment! I'm planning to do just that. My regular gynecologist retired 2 years ago and I'm having to find one (which I SHOULD have done when he did, lesson learned). I've been a nurse for over 40 years so I have heard of this bleeding happening after cortisone shots, just never seen it. Curious as to how often it happens considering the number of people that get these shots to help with joint pain. Will keep you posted!
