I find that THC tinctures help me to relax & take my mind off my feet. It’s especially good when watching TV or helping to go to sleep. I enjoy the entourage effect of the THC which allows you to get the most benefits.
Thank you @solobeee for your post. I am glad you have found some relief with medical cannabis. It must be wonderful just to curl up with a great pillow and pain relief. I do have a question. Are your feet ice cold or super hot? I use a 1:1 CBD/THC tincture. Are you doing your own experimenting and dosing or do you have a cannabis pharmacist to help you? Do you use any topicals? It sure helps to learn from each other since we are essentially on our own.
May you be free of suffering and the causes of suffering. Have a wonderful 2022!
Chris
Many states have very good dispensaries that sell legal medical marijuana & high quality CBD. Leafly is probably the best source for how & where to get what you may need.

I don't know if anyone else here has had as many side effects as me. However, the worst ones were for me at least loss of balance, loss of bladder control, constipation, inability to go to the bathroom. I was at 400 mg and that screwed up my whole system. I frankly frustrated at this point. I have been on it for years but this is the 2nd time i have had issues with it and I am feeling pissed at the medical field at this point!

400mg seems like an awful lot??? I take a 10mg gummy before bed and that helps, any more gives me a migraine. I also use the balm with menthol or peppermint to ease the burning on my feet and legs to help me sleep.
I have been using CBD made here from cannabis and am told that it is much better than CBD made from hemp. This CBD contains about 5% THC, not enough to notice. Its relieves the pins/needles feeling in my feet.
I am using CBD drops and the rub sold by Clear View and prescribed by my dr.Now I can buy the product directly with Clear View and they have frequent sales so I do not shop in my drs office but buy directly from them833-223-3111
I think CBD is a good way of treatment, however, it is not ideal for everyone. There are also less risky methods. I would reccomend the biomag magnetotherapy, look up their page for more information, there are plenty of them.
I use Nightingale Remedies 250 mg Relief Cream out of Portland, OR. It contains hemp CBD plus MSM(for absorbtion), Boswellia, Tumeric root, Aloe, White camphor bark,Sweet Basil, Black pepper, Chamomile, Cinnamon--and other essential oils.

Do you have a specific brand name you use, please?
Welcome @carwehr, I'm not sure @montanagary is still following Connect to answer your question. @artscaping mentioned some CBD preferences earlier in the discussion here - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/203501/ but may have some additional information since the post is from 2 years ago.
Have you been diagnosed with neuropathy? Have you tried any other treatments?
