Yes I do take Tacro + MMF,
Good thing about Evusheld is that It can sustain the antibody levels for 6 months. & offers protection against Omicron B2 sub mutations + B4 & B5 ( my understanding)

In my case - after my 4th Pfizer shot I got a number 4568 (after 3 months) - now the issue is if the Bivalent vaccine comes out - I have to take it for protection against variants & B4+B5.... not sure what to expect in the antibody levels.. what is a benign upper level ? or am I over reacting !

Thanks for sharing

@l0lag0lag0b3 Looks like you are one of the lucky people that got a nice immune response to the vaccine and booster. Congrats! (I follow Dr. Poland from Mayo too... He's terrific!) Knowing Infectious Disease, I would think they will want you to have the Fall booster that will include the new Omicron sub-variant component in October when it's out. As transplants, it's definitely worth checking. Maybe check with ID and Transplant to make sure everyone knows your antibodies number and is on board with the Fall booster .... You can portal to ask them or do you have an annual visit coming up soon where you can double-check it in person with both teams before the "new and improved" booster becomes available? Either way, please come back and let us know the answer.
