No-flush niacin acts as a blood thinner. So anyone taking it needs to keep that in mind and notify doctors in case it interferes with other meds or objectives.

Interesting to me, as I take Xarelto, a blood thinner.

At any rate, since I myself do not get flushing from niacin I wouldn't take no-flash niacin and so wouldn't need to worry about its
purported blood thinning effect.

I HAVE, however, noticed that a number of foods and medications increase blood thinning.
