Can two people who both do not have chlamydia, have anal sex then vaginal then get chlamydia because I have always thought that it can only be spread due to it being only able to live in bodily fluids. Please do correct me if I am wrong.

You can get chlamydia by having vaginal, anal, or oral sex with someone who has chlamydia. It is likely that either you or your partner had the infection without knowing it. You and your partner should consult with a doctor to be tested and treated.
